About ISM

Independent Study Mentorship

ISM, or Independent Study Mentorship, is a highly selective research-based course that is offered to motivated juniors and seniors at Frisco Independent School District. Throughout this course, professional networking and communication strategies are intertwined as students explore a profession of their choice under the tutelage of their mentor. In this way, ISM helps students to launch their professional journey even before they have graduated high school.
